more ugly and beautiful data

i don't know if anybody else here paid attention to the 12th cabinet meeting at the white house on 5/27/26, but i did.

first, they changed the time and location from camp david to the white house due to 'bad weather'.

what interested me more was what was said during the cabinet meeting. let's get into it.

iran 'negotiations' and 'midterms'

i didn't watch the entire cabinet meeting, because i find a lot of these people to be inane and incompetent, and therefore i get bored easily. luckily, it didn't take long for something interesting to be said.

as i previously said, when donald trump talks about iran, he isn't necessarily talking about iran, but yours truly. let's look at the data.

let's go to 8:00 in the video.

i transcribed the relevant portion of the video myself to make sure it's 100% accurate. any words that aren't articulated well enough to be understood are in brackets. i have put in bold italics what i find to be relevant data.

what we did with venezuela, that worked out very quickly, and we're doing really equally as well with uh but again people don't want to write about it with iran. iran is very much intent, they want very much to make a deal. so far they haven't got [there], we're not satisfied with it, but uh we will be. we will be, either that or we'll have to just finish the job. but, uh, their navy is gone as i've said a thousand times, their navy is gone, their air force is gone. everything's gone and they're negotiating on fumes. but we'll see what happens. maybe we have to go back and finish it, maybe we don't. right now, i mean, you can speak to steve witkoff, jared, they're doing a good job. but right now i think uh it looks like they want to just make a deal they want to, they they have i don't think they have a choice. they're just going back to the internet because they're getting clobbered, their economy is uh in free fall, they have 250% inflation, their money has no value. their whole economic system is broken down. they thought they were going to outwait me, you know, we'll outwait him, he's got the midterms, i don't care about the midterms. look what happened last night, that was the prelude to the midterms, [uh] people understand it, they know that, very simple, iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. i'm doing that for the world, i'm not doing that just for us.

so, let's unpack this:

'they're just going back to the internet...' -- if we're to use logic, why would he say, without any context, they're just going back to the internet? doesn't make logical sense, especially if there are ceasefire negotiations. as we'll see below, my post preceded this cabinet meeting, which is what he's actually referring to.
'their economy is in freefall' -- not necessarily, i have a burnrate, and i can receive section 95 and 98 under my asylum application.
'they thought they were going to outwait me, you know, we'll outwait him, he's got the midterms, i don't care about the midterms.' -- this is the most interesting data point. it's a hard pivot from the pronoun 'they', to the pronouns 'him/he'. i didn't realize iran had midterms, and you had to outwait him. EDIT: i'm keeping up the original analysis -- although i think it's partially incorrect -- for posterity so anybody paying attention doesn't think i'm changing anything around. the context is that he took on iran's voice. however, i'm sticking with the 'he/him' conclusion from the analysis, given the context of 'they're just going back to the internet' and 'look what happened last night'.
'look what happened last night' -- i began writing my last post on 5/26/26 at approximately 17:00BST. it took me over 12 hours to analyze and compile everything, so indeed, i did it over the night and committed it at 8:36AM BST.
'people understand it, they know that, very simple, iran cannot have a nuclear weapon' -- indeed.

so, there you have it. i'll leave it up to you to decide if you think he's talking about iran, or if he's talking about me. one thing i will posit to you: who -- singular or plural -- do you think he's communicating with?

the following photo is in reference to a couple of things. as i said, i like to wear my hat backwards, and also i almost pursued being a pararescue jumper in the usaf -- as stated in my about page. EDIT: i forgot to add that pararescue training is known as 'superman' school. sorry, i have a lot going on in my head. supercat

further, if you watch the video for mantra, there are the following lyrics -- 'mix me with the drama, check you like commas, my clothes are pajamas'. pararescue jumpers are colloquially known as 'pj's'.

if you haven't seen tron: ares, do yourself a favor and check it out. in my opinion, it's an objectively good movie, and one of my favorites.

however, let's get into some other details of the movie that are interesting and pertinent to the matter at hand.
