sf, in my opinion, has always lacked quality jewish food. i just saw an article in sfist about a new jewish deli – loveski deli – opening a location in downtown sf (they have locations in marin and napa as well). it's from a three-star michelin chef of a defunct restaurant in napa. you can check out the menu here.
